Dolly recommends consulting your GP about a Mental Health Plan for up to ten rebated sessions via Medicare, or speaking to your Support Coordinator if you have an NDIS plan. Amorism offers support to individuals and couples from puberty onward, with in-person or telehealth sessions. Agencies can also request custom workshops or presentations.
Amorism uses evidence-based therapeutic models, including Trauma-Informed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (Level 1), Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Skills Training, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Brief Interventions, and the Gottman Method (Levels I & II, not accredited).
