About Dolly

Dolly Amoroso is the founder of Amorism, a practice founded in love, connection, and gratitude. With a deep passion for helping people build healthy, meaningful relationships with themselves and others. Dolly supports individuals from all walks of life, including those living with physical or intellectual disabilities. Her work focuses on key areas such as physiology, consent, intimacy, identity, and authentic expression.

Dolly is both an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and an Accredited Sexologist, committed to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering space for her clients. She completed her Bachelor of Social Work through the University of South Australia (UniSA) at the Mount Gambier campus, and is a registered Medicare provider and member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). The AASW sets the national benchmarks for social work education and practice, advocating for social justice, human rights, and community well-being.

Driven by a desire to further support individuals in understanding their sexuality and relational well-being, Dolly completed a Master of Sexology through Curtin University in Perth. She is a proud member of the Society of Australian Sexologists (SAS), the leading regulatory body for psychosexual therapists and sexuality educators in Australia.

At her core, Dolly is someone who thrives on meaningful moments whether it’s exploring new places, engaging with challenging ideas, or simply growing into a more grounded version of herself. She values the deep bonds she shares with her family and friends, and believes that life is a gift to be cherished, never taken for granted. Guided by kindness and gratitude, Dolly is committed to lifelong growth, deep love, and the vision of a safer, more healing world for generations to come.
